ICYCSEE 2015 CALL FOR PAPER (EI or SCI Indexed)

The International Conference of Young Computer Scientists, Engineers and Educators (ICYCSEE) 2015 (http://icycsee.hljit.edu.cn) will take place in Harbin, China, 10-12 Jan 2015, hosted by Heilongjiang Institute of Technology.ICYCSEE 2015 is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending), and it will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of Springer. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to Journal of Zhejiang University (SCI journal) and Chinese of Journal.You can ONLY submit your paper to the SCI journals, i.e. Journal of Zhejiang University or Chinese of Journal Electronics.
From now on, the conference ONLY accepts submissions for the proceedings with Springer (EI indexed). The conference does not recommend any submission later than Aug. 9th to the SCI journals. Note that even though some high-quality papers submitted later than Aug 9th will also be recommended to SCI Journal.

Paper Submission
Papers submitted to the conference should be in English. Accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. Papers submitted to the conference should be full papers or short papers and poster papers. Full papers should be 10 to 12 pages, up to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format following Springer's manuscript submission guideline: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html; short papers and poster papers should make up only for selected papers to be published.. ICYCSEE 2015 is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending), and it will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of Springer. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to Journal of Zhejiang University (SCI journal) and Chinese of Journal Electronics (SCI journal). The SCI journals will organize a second round review. The final accepted papers would be published in a special issue of our conference. If you don’t want your paper to be published in CCIS, you can ONLY submit your paper to the SCI journals, i.e. Journal of Zhejiang University and Chinese of Journal Electronics. The paper should follow Journal of Zhejiang University manuscript submission guideline: http://www.zju.edu.cn/jzus/manuscript.php or Guide for Authors of Chinese of Journal Electronics .
