In the evening on
1. General: The first issue is regarding to the quality of YOCSEF activities. We have three main kinds of activities, i.e., academic report, forum discussion and YOCSEF-featured column.
2. YOCSEF column: In terms of YOCSEF-featured column, the current situation is not so satisfactory. Zide had better have a talk with Meizhu how to improve the work.
3. Speakers: In order to have our forum more successful, we can cooperate with other organizations for more new speakers. We can even have a discussion first by ourselves.
4. AC member candidates: The second issue is about AC member candidates. Chen Rong, Xu Xiangyang, Yu Ge did very well in the past year. We have to get more new good AC candidates. Here are some candidates. (Hong Feng 洪峰，容氏网络), Han Zhangang韩战钢博士，北师大, Wan Xinheng博士，首钢)）.
5. Why? One reason that we can’t have the new AC members being more active is that we haven’t enough chances for them to exchange with each other.
6. YOCSEF club: The third issue is about YOCSEF club. In order to have more exchange chances with each other, it is strongly suggested to set up something like a club, all AC members gather together and also call for some other people, to have a simple meal together, give a short report, to discussing some interesting things and YOCSEF issues. The club can be held every other week. Every AC member has duty to host the club, and all AC members are ought to take part in the club.
Meizhu and Yuning have to go to the club next time (Oct. 25th) for preparing the Forum on December.
