2 All AC members think the forum is alright, and the hosts are very good, but think the time of KN speakers has to be controlled in sharp next time. We need more professionals from industrials.
3 Because Mei Hong has gone to the States, he will not be able to serve as vice chairman and member of AC according to our rules.
4 Because Weiqing, the academic secretary(AS), is too busy, Zide suggests Zifeng to be another AS to cooperate with Weiqing. All AC members agree with that.
5 AC members think that Yaoxue is very busy on his business, no much time to run the YOCSEF as the Chairman, they suggest Tieniu to take the position of AC chairman. Also, AC members hope Zide to discuss this issue with Yaoxue first, and then make final decision.
6 According to the decision of AC, Zide exchanged views with Yaoxue, and he is sorry for no much time to attend the YOCSEF and AC activities. He likes to give up the position of chairman, and will pay more attention to YOCSEF as an AC member in the future.
7 Zide called for opinions of other AC members on this issue, all of them agree.
8 Tieniu suggests to have an AC plenary meeting in April for making YOCSEF plan in next half year. Zide will make schedule and detailed program for the meeting later on.
