CCF-IEEE CS Young Scientists Award is honored to young scholars and researchers under 40 years old who have outstanding achievements and important contributions in computing scientific research. The award is jointly selected and presented by CCF and IEEE Computer Society (CS).

CCF Awards Committee decided to bestow 2019 CCF-IEEE CS Young Scientist Award on Mr. Bao Yungang, Professor, Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Yin Yitong, Nanjing University and Professor Zhang Meihui, Beijing University of Technology, in recognition of their outstanding achievements and important contributions on computing science and technology.
